Owner Carl Evans: Founder and Owner of Texas Pneumatic Tools located in Reagan, Texas. Kay Evans: Corporate Secretary of Texas Pneumatic, is involved with all of the administrative aspects of the company.

Carl Evans, a warrior with a transcendent cause, is the founder and CEO of Texas Pneumatic Tools, Inc. He started the business in his garage in Seabrook, Texas in 1977. In the beginning, he bought and resold replacement parts for pneumatic tools. In the late 70s, he bought a Sears drill press and slowly started manufacturing parts. One machine led to another, and by late 1980, he had introduced the company's first tool to the market, the TX1B chisel/needle scaler. In 1984, Carl purchased a 100-year old building and some land in his home community, Reagan, Texas.

More tools and parts were manufactured, and in 1989 a bigger facility was needed to keep moving ahead, and the first new production building was built on Hwy. 6 in Reagan. To set up strategic locations for the company, Carl forged ahead and spent months in Norfolk, Virginia in 1990 and months in Anaheim, California in 1991 to set up distribution offices on both coasts. (In 2000, the Anaheim office was moved to Carson City, Nevada.) In 1996, a second production facility was built in Reagan large enough for production and for the administrative staff from the garage in Seabrook.

To broaden the product line, the tool division of Arrow Pneumatics in Chicago, Illinois was purchased. With almost 40 employees now on board and with products being distributed worldwide, Carl Evans has lived the American dream in its truest form.

President Craig Parma: president and board member since January of 1995, is involved in all aspects of manufacturing and administration. Linda Parma: board member since January of 1995, supports the Reagan administrative staff from her satellite office in Plano, Texas.
